Why we built this

Independent adjusters, public adjusters, roofing consultants, and property inspectors spend a significant portion of their time on documentation — not because they want to, but because the work demands it. A thorough, well-organized report is essential for claims processing, client communication, and professional credibility.

The problem is that most of the report-building process is repetitive. The same structure, the same sections, the same photo-sorting workflow — rebuilt from scratch on every project. Field professionals were spending hours in Word documents and email threads when they could be in the field.

DeluxeReport was built to solve that specific problem. Not to replace professional judgment — that stays with the licensed professional. Not to make coverage decisions — those belong to the carrier. But to handle the documentation workflow: organize the photos, structure the observations, and produce a clean, professional report that reflects the quality of the work done in the field.
